Promotional Marketing Piece Geoff Cummins and Brandon Comouche, from Sno Falls Credit Union, will present on the successful use of open source software in the Credit Union environment. Geoff has been using open source software for 15 years and has been using it at Sno Falls Credit Union for 6 years in his capacity as the IT Manager. Brandon has been at the forefront of implementation of open source solutions at the credit union since he started there in 2006. Together, they will be discussing how open source software has fit into their IT infrastructure. Expect to hear which solutions have worked well, and which ones were problematic, and gather opinions from someone experienced in the full implementation of open source solutions about the values and pitfalls of “free” software.
