    This presentation focused on the business use of the trixbox PBX and how it can be leveraged to lower costs and increase features in a business environment. I presented an overview of the software, hardware options, administration, lessons learned, and customization potential.

  • WA Credit Union League Tech Networking Council 2009

    Open Source Software in the Credit Union IT Infrastructure


    A presentation, followed by round-table discussion, about the secure and successful implementation of open source software within a business environment. A co-worker and I presented this at a technology council meeting for the former Washington Credit Union League.
